28 Şubat 2016 Pazar akşamı saat 20:00 da oynanan, Türkiye Üniversiteler Korumalı Futbol Süper Ligi 3. hafta müsabakasında Eskişehir’de Anadolu Rangers ile Akdeniz Heroes karşılaştı. Rangers üstünlüğü ile 50-24 biten maç her iki takım için de oldukça keyifli geçti.

Her iki takım için de bir formalite maçı olan maç çekişmeli anlara sahne olsa da oldukça centilmen bir şekilde oynandı. Akdeniz Heroes, toparlanma sürecinde olan bir takım ve en kısa sürede adından söz ettireceğe benziyor. Rakibimizi gösterdikleri mücadeleden ötürü tebrik ediyor, başarılarının devamını diliyoruz.

Rangers’ın hedefi şimdi çeyrek finaldeki rakibi Bilgi Hunters. Tarihinde iki defa karşı karşıya gelmiş olan takımlardan Hunters iki maçtan da galip ayrıldı. 33-0 ve 13-12 biten grup maçlarının ardından Rangers grubundan çıkamamış ve üniversiteler ligine veda etmişti. Bu sefer Anadolu Rangers sahasında oynanacak olan maç oldukça çekişmeli geçecek. Rangers’ın hedefi rövanşı almak. 26 Mart Cumartesi günü oynanacak maça tüm Rangers destekçilerini bekliyoruz.

In the 3rd week of Turkish American Football University Super League, Anadolu Rangers and Akdeniz Heroes battled on Feb 28th at Eskişehir. Rangers won by 50-24 in a joyful game for both sides.

The group standing of both teams were clear before the game. Even though the game had competitive moments, both teams were chivalrous. Akdeniz Heroes is a developing team and it is for sure that they will make a distinguished name for themselves in near future. We thank them for their competitive soul and wish them success.

Now the goal of the Rangers is to beat Bilgi Hunters in the quarter finals. Both teams have faced each other two times in history and Hunters won all two games. Hunters won by 33-0 and 13-12 in those group games and made Rangers eliminated from the university league. This time the game will be played at the homefield of Rangers and the game is expected to be a challenging game. Rangers want to win the battle in the return game. We call all our supporters to the game that will be played March 26th!
